Amore di Mona couverture chocolat speciale

Thursday, June 25th at 3:00 PM ET

Panforte also known as "strong bread" is a traditional Italian dessert classically created with 17 ingredients - a mixture of fruits, seeds, nuts and spices.  Dating back to the 13th century, it was used as a tax payment to the local monasteries' monks and nuns on the 7th of February each year in the town of Siena, Italy.  Get ready to enjoy our live demo featuring an updated version which is common allergen-free (free of dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, lupins and sesame.) Happy baking!
